Description:
Client is seeking an experienced, motivated CA IT Client Manager Administrator to join its Global Operations IT Outsourcing division. Responsibilities include: - Architecture Design, Implementation, Configuration and Administration of CA IT Client Manager, CA Asset Portfolio Manager and CA Patch Manager - Develop / maintain custom SQL scripts and procedures - Software/Patch distribution to ITCM Managed clients - Essential Required Job Skills: - three to 8 yrs of total experience and min 2 yrs of relevant experience in CA ITCM, APM and UPM implementation (gathering qualifications, architecture, configuring tool/customization, implementation, support) or previous versions of IT Client Manager (Unicenter Desktop and Server Management) - Should support the Service Delivery Managers in managing the Implementation and Deployment projects and project segments as specified in the Scope of Work within the provided Time and Quality - Experience with Create/Download, Stage and manage Patches/software distributions lifecycle - Develop and maintain asset management and software distribution reports per business requests - Develop and maintain custom asset management scripts (SQL, VB/ITCM scripting), testing, and coordination of script population throughout the Customer base - Packaging experience with MSI Studio preferred Wise/AdminStudio/CA Provided packaging tool - Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems - Experience with technical writing and documentation skills. Must have excellent customer service and presentation skills - Maintain a high-level of teamwork and communication - Asset lifecycle process experience - Open to work in 24/7 shift Understanding / Comprehension of ITIL standards relevant to Service and Asset Management Additional skills / experience: - Experience with CA DSM, CA Unicenter Asset Portfolio Management (UAPM), MS SQL server 2005/2008, CA Service Desk, OSIM, MDT This position necessitates successful completion of a experience investigation and drug screen.
