We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide our team with top-notch assistance! You'll make sure any technical issues are resolved efficiently so our operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: • Help our clients solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently. • Understand Zoho tools inside and out to help our clients solve the problems they are facing. • Be comfortable on camera as training our clientele on how to use the system is a must. • Root cause analysis of our clients' problems is a must. • Be able to manage support tickets effectively and within the SLA parameters we've set out. • Be able to manage our internal assets and help our clients manage theirs should the need arise. • Become familiar with all of Zoho's support tools so as to provide additional value to our clients when needed. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux computer operating systems Compensation: $50,000 yearly About Company: Our Core Values aren't just words for us; they guide everything we do.
