IT Technical Leader

Description:
Align with SAFe Agile principles. Shape organizational and IT-specific strategies, visions, objectives, and calculated roadmaps, including, process improvements, and raising technological competencies. Partner with customer business units to achieve revenue objectives. Drive architectural and road map alignment. Assist teams in using DevOps tools and practices. Contribute to vision, program backlogs and implementations. Lead teams to define iterations, user stories, design, code, and test new tools, applications, and services to reduce toil. Mentor junior team members. Collaborate with capability teams to foster an agile culture in teams. Lead teams to iterate tech-to-tech documentation. Stay current with latest cloud technologies. Help adopt orchestrated, automated, cloud-leveraged service delivery models. Deliver client value through analytics and industry best practices. Provide site and application support for global development teams. Assign team resources to work on communicating allocated budget, schedule, and deliverables. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Working with and managing geographically distributed teams;Utilizing Agile Development Frameworks to drive and deliver product roadmaps; andConducting meetings with business and other process stakeholders on functional requirements. Must have 5 years of experience in any two of the following Cloud computing platforms: including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google App, or Engine. Must have 5 years of experience in any two of the following continuous integration and continuous deployment automation tools: including Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Spinnaker, or Docker.
