All Lines Technology is seeking an IT Support Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems to handle level 2 issues. This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Network issues Active Directory maintenance AV/speakers/conference room/microphone troubleshooting Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent 2-4 years IT troubleshooting experience in large environment Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10 OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools Manual software installs Powered by JazzHR
