Responsibilities Provide response to 1st/2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service. Ensure all calls logged and updated with required information in a timely manner. To assist in IT project planning and delivery Working on and assigning tickets, understanding urgency and priority of calls Travelling to clients’ sites to carry out various duties.
