INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of INVENTORY CONTROL at the IFA Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES: Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Strong organizational/operational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, important and competing priorities concurrently Identify and resolve multi-unit inventory discrepancies. Must be analytical with strong math skills Participates in cycle counting, returns, damage/scrapping and crediting Complete/process damage/returned goods paperwork Involved with daily warehouse strategy for handling exception inventory and cycle counts Must possess strong written/verbal communication abilities, along with outstanding interpersonal skills Experience with WMS and RF devices, along with proficiency with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc.) SAP experience preferred Must be reliable and trustworthy while always treating co-workers with respect Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: 2-year college degree or post high school education preferred or equivalent experience. Distribution and Financial experience is desirable. Willingness to quickly learn company software (SAP) applications. Highly dependable team player eager to embrace the vision and mission of Intermountain Farmers Association. Capable of standing/sitting for extended periods of time. Able to operate forklift, stock picker (heights up to 24 ft.) and pallet jack in a safe manner. Able to lift 50 lbs.
