Experience2 years to 3 years of experience in the related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities1、 Monitor and manage warehouse and stock control systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate departments2、 Maintain and improve mechanisms for stock control level and delivery, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities3、 Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers4、 Review requisition orders for accuracy5、 Support to all other departments with warehouse, stock control and related issues6、 Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports7、 Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.8、 Processes and/or approves invoices for payment9、 Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another, arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly10、 Analyzing product orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock. re-ordering product as needed to maintain sufficient inventory levels.11、 Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met Skills• MS Access• MS Excel• MS Word• Monitoring and tracking software• Word processing software Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities• Attention to detail• Fast-paced environment• Handling heavy loads• Physically demanding• Repetitive.
