An independent community-based academic medical center and health system is adding an Internal Medicine Physician to join an established practice in?southwest Connecticut.? About the opportunity: 2 Provider practice Monday-Friday work week No nights or weekends Call 1:11 36 patient contact hours The physician is assigned a medical assistant Office has a strong support staff Patient-centered practice opportunity in a supportive and collegial environment Financial package/benefits: Sign-on bonus Relocation bonus Five days CME and a $3500 stipend A generous compensation package that includes up to $10k annually in quality care bonus Location/Community: Located 50 miles from New York City and 60 miles west of Hartford, CT,?along the Long Island Sound. Surrounded by a number of quaint towns, this beautiful suburban location boasts excellent housing and school systems. It offers a wide array of outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, and boating in state and regional parks and preserves.
