Oxera is looking for an Intern Analyst to be based in one of our offices to support our performance backssment team with project and business development initiatives. The performance backssment team is highly international, covers all regulated sectors (e. g. water, energy, transport, financial services), and involves backssing efficiency issues in regulation and competition contexts. The team is at the cutting edge of theoretical and applied for work and aims to set the standard in the area through thought leadership content. You’ll need to bring exceptional technical skills, a strong team ethic and the intellectual curiosity to get to the heart of the issue. What we’re looking for: - Candidates should have an excellent academic record and should be studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Economics or Finance (preferred). A solid background in microeconomics is also preferential - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Knowledge of programming languages such as Stata and/or R - Ability to build robust client relationships and manage complex projects - Highly motivated and committed team player - In.
