Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Independent Insurance Agency representing many leading insurance carriers has an immediate opening for an experienced Personal Lines customer service representative to join our team.Candidates are required to have a property and casualty license and knowledge of AMS 360 or similar management database.As a team member, your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with both existing as well as new clients while working directly with a number of agents in the management of their personal lines accounts as well as some small commercial account assistance when needed.This position is 4 days per week in the office, downtown Milwaukee. Required Experience and Qualifications * At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.* MUST have P&C insurance license. * Excellent phone etiquette along with good verbal, written, and follow up skills are needed.* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.* The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
