Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients. Utilize your industry knowledge to advise clients on risk management strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Requirements: 10 years' experience in Commercial Insurance Broking. Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth. Familiarity with Acturis software is highly desirable. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Qualifications: Relevant industry qualifications e. g. ACII are preferred. What We Offer: Competitive base salary of up to £75,000 per annum. Hybrid Working Commission-based bonus structure.
