Job Function: Prepare lesson material on operating or maintenance, or in technical subjects such as Safety, Transport and Work Equipment, electrical and electronics, mechanical or instrumentation and electronics or other specialties that is pertinent to the Company's operations. Instruct trainees in skills, knowledge and techniques associated from the learner level to the fully qualified skill level and other personnel as required in a classroom, workshop and laboratory in various locations around the province, to qualify them or update their skills for positions in the Company. Participate in the preparation of and conduct examinations, mark papers, progress reports achievements, habits, and progress. Supervise students, on a continual basis, during training courses. Job Description: Prepare and update training lessons and other training assignments for various training courses for the Company in technical subjects such as Transport and Work Equipment, electricity, mechanics, instrumentation and electronics or other specialties including troubleshooting, systems studies, computer systems and similar disciplines. Utilize theoretical and practical applications used for instructing trainees, contract and other personnel including trades, technicians, technologists and engineering employees.
