Available from work hours: 7:30 am 5:30pm Depending on need - Monday through Friday Reports To: HVAC New Construction Manager Primary Job Function: To manage the day to day scheduling and forecasting. Manage BOLT system. Ensure and review all jobs from the previous day are completed and are ready for accounting processing. Schedule all warranties. Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling. Process permits, and scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office. Review department timesheets and ensure accuracy for payroll processing.You will be measure on:Quality Assurance, job forecasting, labor utilization and Equipment and materials use forecasting. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent 2-5 years of customer service experience High level of Microsoft Office Well organized and ability to work independently Qualifications desired Construction or HVAC/Plumbing experience administrative support Advanced Excel skills Service Titan experience Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Bilingual (Spanish) Bachelor Degree Qualities: Self starter Detail oriented Goal driven Desire to learn Organized Coordinator, dispatcher, HVAC Installation coordinator, office coordinator, administrative, office assistant
