Responsibilities:• Initiate Outbound Calls : Reach out to warm leads via outbound calls, aiming to schedule appointments for the sales team and drive engagement with our products and services.• Handle Inbound Calls : Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about our products and services, providing general information, and effectively resolving any complaints or issues.• Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Conduct thorough follow-ups on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained, fostering positive relationships and loyalty to our brand.• Utilize Effective Communication : Employ scripted responses and communication strategies to effectively manage and resolve challenging customer situations, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.• Maintain Customer Accounts : Update customer accounts with accurate and up-to-date information as required, ensuring our database reflects the latest customer details and preferences.• Stay Informed : Attend regular meetings with the sales team to stay updated on the latest service and product knowledge, enabling you to provide accurate and relevant information to customers during interactions. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 a year About Company: Founded in 2017, Alco Windows and Doors is a leading impact window and door company serving the South Florida region.
