Job Summary Our state of the art facility is now OPEN and we're looking for new Inside Sales Representatives to join our team! The Inside Sales Representativ e will work with customers and company account managers to provide technical inside sales support. Core Duties & Responsibilities Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. Maintains a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Quotes, c ollects and enters orders and invoicing for new or additional products or services. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Provides support for the Account Managers . Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of c ustomer sales experience required. Excellent communication skills including active listening. Must have high attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Ability to multi-task and remain detail orientated at all times . physical demands : Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
