This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Winnipeg, Manitoba branch. Who We Are? We are looking for a driven team member, who shares our passion for pairing quality products with a great customer experience every step of the way. The right attitude towards work, in collaborating with your fellow colleagues, and in dealing with our valued customers courteously and professionally is paramount to your success in this role. Skills: Good instincts for sales and building relationships with customers Driven and results-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organized with a strong ability to track, manage, and follow through on details Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Team player with the ability to do what is necessary in the interest of providing exceptional customer service Responsibilities: Receiving and accurately processing orders Providing customer quotations based on their specific needs and requirements Making outbound calls to existing and new potential customers Analyze and resolve customer questions and concerns Assisting in developing project bids Creating and maintaining customer records Other duties as assigned Qualifications: A Post-Secondary degree is preferred Preference will be given to candidates.
