What you will do: · Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections · Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives · Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams · Provide support to Outside Sales team · Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you will bring: · Previous front-line customer service and sales experience · Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus · Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus · Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management · Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
