Inside Sales Engineer Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) covering major US region. Your main areas of focus will include: Sell CSG products and integration services to customer base via telephone and email. Provide quotations and follow-up with customers Establish longterm business relationships Required to make outbound sales calls Maintain sales rates and margins Timely follow up on all quotes and leads Provide accurate and timely product forecasting for all accounts, Top ten lists Ideally, you will have: PERFORMANCE IN THE JOB To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The successful applicant will also exhibit the following qualities Must have excellent expertise to develop and nurture long lasting business relationships, a good sense of time and task prioritization organizational skills, superior verbal and writing expertise, strong organizational and computer database management aptitude, operate as part of a team, provide a consultative approach through the sales process and lastly must be able to become technically proficient with CSG products and services.
