GOAL ZERO Independent Manufacturers Representatives, Costco Road Shows GOAL ZERO Independent Manufacturers Representatives, "IMR's": GOAL ZERO is currently scheduled to do over 800 Costco road shows/events across the United States this year. We are in need of reliable, hard-working professionals that are excited about our products and want to educate others on the benefits of easy-to-use solar power. About GOAL ZERO: GOAL ZERO is an innovator of portable solar power systems. GOAL ZERO solar solutions provide portability, power and ease-of-use. GOAL ZERO products feature full solar energy systems, solar panels, power packs and accessories each designed to work in concert with each other. Our products are field-proven in some of the most remote places on earth. GOAL ZERO isn't just a company, it's a business created by people who live life to its fullest, with a shared vision inspired by the passion for adventure, respect for the planet and a humanitarian heart. How the program works and Independent Manufacturer's Representative Responsibilities: Costco Road Shows run for a nine -14 day period. During the event IMR's are responsible for the initial booth set-up, managing the booth while the event takes place and taking down the booth after the show is over. All Independent Sales Representatives must be: -Sales Oriented and Customer Service Focused -Able to provide previous successful sales results -Energetic -Able to identify customer needs and educate them on how our product will benefit their lives -Must be reliable and punctual -Able to problem solve -Able to lift 35-50 pounds. occasionally during booth set up, take down or when restocking product -Able to self-manage Compensation: Successful sales reps earn approx $2,000 to $4,000 in ten days working a Costco Road Show. IMR's are paid on commissions which are broken down into 2 tiers. Commission: Tier 1: IMR's receive 15% commissions on GOAL ZERO revenues from $0 to $24,999. Tier 2: IMR's receive 18% commissions on GOAL ZERO revenues once $25,000 in sales is reached (per show). The 18% commission level is retro-active and all of the previous sales become 18% also. Commissions are per show and do not carry over to another event or show. End of Show Bonus/Reimbursement: GOAL ZERO offers a per diem travel reimbursement based on the distance from the representative's home to the Costco warehouse. IMR's are responsible for booking their hotels, flights and rental cars. Commissions and travel reimbursements are typically paid out seven -10 business days after the completion of a show.
