POSITION TITLE: Tivoli Workload SchedulerJOB LOCATION: Burbank,CA POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Maintain database and ensure database’s viability on the Master Domain Managers for TWS 8.2 and TWS 8.6 environments.Perform TWS environment health checking.Perform quarterly maintenance on TWS environments.Install and configure TWS and related products on FTAs, Master Domain Managers, Domain Managers, dedicated TDWC workstations.Support integrated automation.Maintain TWS security in Framework, TDWC, and command line access.Coordinate work with other support teams for Id creation and client installations.Comply with protocols governing compliant systems.Support all audit initiatives.Work with other TWS Administrators on the team to develop standards for: Batch monitoring, scheduling, client configurations, and automation.Manage internal projects.Participate in client projects that have a TWS component.Train and mentor Level two and Level three resources: on the job training during projects, environment maintenance, and complex client requests.Create documentation and procedures as necessary.Review and update run books monthly.Resolve trouble tickets as assigned in accordance with account processes and SLAs.Process requests as assigned in accordance with account processes and SLAs.Open and mange change requests as assigned in accordance with account processes and SLAs.Support on-call duties.Manage request queues, incident queues and change queues for team.Run reports and collect data as necessary to support staffing initiatives.Perform all other projects and tasks as assigned by the Tower Manager. BACKGROUND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Arts (in any field)12 yrs TWS/Maestro Administrator background1 yr Batch Operations background2yrs scheduling backgroundDemonstrated Project Managerial backgroundBackup and Recovery background (not required, but a plus for applicants that have this background).Netbackup background (not required, but a plus for applicants that have this background).BCV-Clone and XIV background (not required, but a plus for applicants that have this background).HP OVO and TEC background (not required, but a plus for applicants that have this background).
