Primary Responsibilities Daily management duties, including recruitment, staffing needs, supervision, development, and performance management. Examine, measure, and improve operations throughout their area to ensure effective and efficient customer service and maximized profitability. Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to execute on overall customer and revenue growth strategy and support the implementation of that strategy. Communicate appropriate marketing programs to staff and execute effectively. Work in partnership with sales management regarding market conditions of local competitors, industry trends and customer preferences. Work in partnership with Human Resources in the development and implementation of training programs for store personnel, including technical training, leadership skills, and other professional development needs and opportunities. Enforce compliance with Company policies and procedures. Streamline and develop new policies, procedures, and control measures as needed. Analyze and report branch metrics and financial performance for each area branch. Educate staff to ensure financial goals and objectives are on track. Conduct regular branch meetings. Skills/Qualifications Ability to provide excellent customer service. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning skills. Ability to provide very strong leadership. Must be enthusiastic, effective team player and takes initiative. Strong attention to detail, must be results driven, and goal-oriented. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred. 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience combined. Experience in the HVAC/R, distribution or similar industry preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience using Epicor P21 software preferred. Gustave A.
