My Guy Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and perform maintenance on heating and cooling systems in the Escondido, CA area. This installation position earns a competitive wage of $30-$40/hr based on experience. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of training or equivalent experience in the HVAC field EPA certification Valid driver's license Ability to use an iPad and various applications Must be personable and able to explain technical recommendations to clients Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures Physical ability to work in uncomfortable spaces We are looking for a Lead Installer who can build, price, and complete residential and light commercial HVAC-style system replacements. You will need to be able to oversee demo, installation, and startup up on all Installs as well as troubleshooting issues during start-up.If you meet the above requirements, we need you.
