Position Overview: We are currently in search of a highly skilled HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust technical background in HVAC systems, and customer service and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HVAC service team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Expertly diagnose and resolve complex residential HVAC system issues. Collaborate with various departments for cohesive service delivery. Budget management for the service department. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role. Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Effective presentation of service options to customers. Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development. Familiarity with HVAC industry safety standards and regulations. Multi-tasking ability in a dynamic work environment.
