A 200 person organization on the east side of Rochester is looking for an experienced, full time, Human Resource Generalist. The right applicant will be responsible for payroll processing, interviewing, administration of benefits and all necessary related HR forms, new hire orientation and interfacing with the managers on employee issues.Interviewing and recruiting are a major part of this position.The appropriate applicant will possess at least a high-school degree and a min of 3 yrs of HR related experience.Only applicants that have the background listed above will be considered for the position. Location Rochester Area Compensation Compensate up to 40,000 annually depending on experiencePrincipals only.
