We are seeking a skilled SAP Success Factors HRIS Analyst who specializes in Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Variable Pay modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HRIS systems, particularly within the SAP Success Factors suite, with a focus on implementing, configuring, and optimizing EC, Compensation, and Variable Pay modules. This position is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. The role can be based anywhere in Canada, but will be working on PST reporting into our Vancouver office. Responsibilities: 1. System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP Success Factors modules including Employee Central, Compensation, and Variable Pay. Lead integration between Employee Central and Compensation by mapping the fields to fetch information from Employee Central to Compensation and referring to foundation objects. Customize and optimize system settings, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes and requirements. Ensure data integrity and system stability through regular audits and proactive maintenance activities. 2. End User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency among HR teams and employees. 3. System Enhancement and Upgrades: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within SAP Success Factors ecosystem, recommending system enhancements and upgrades as needed to optimize functionality and usability. .
