They will help maintain the overall flow of operations by completing administrative tasks and assisting with general inquiries. This is an in-office position from our South Surrey office. Reporting Structure: The HR/Payroll Administrator reports directly to the Manager, HR & Payroll. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, including posting jobs, drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, phone screening candidates, and building up a talent pipeline for future reference Participate in the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and probationary period/performance reviews and more Assist with the documentation.
