The opportunity: Overview: As an HR Intern at Sephora, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the HR department, with a primary focus on recruitment support, employee onboarding, training, HR administration, and project assistance. This internship offers valuable hands: on experience in a dynamic and fast: paced retail environment, providing exposure to diverse HR processes and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Draft offer letters to be approved and sent to joining employees Employee Onboarding: stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Support the preparation of orientation materials for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and values. Support with induction sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Contribute ideas for improving the onboarding process, particularly for entry: level roles and fresh graduates, to enhance the new employee experience. Training: stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Assist in coordinating and facilitating new store onboardings, working closely with Patrick to ensure seamless arrangements and execution on the day. HR Admin: stylemargin: bottom:11.0px: Assist in maintaining accurate and up: to: date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.
