The Capita One Housing management system is now at the heart of our services. Our vision is for the system to enable us to provide quality services that are more responsive, effective and efficient than ever before. To achieve this, we need great people providing support. That is where you come in. The Role: As Housing Systems Analyst, you will join a team of 20 dedicated individuals supporting more than 300 users across a range of Housing teams. We are proud to be the first local authority in the country to use Capita One Housing. The whole team is on a fast: paced learning journey, so we can showcase the system's capabilities and efficiencies, and light the way for other councils to follow. This means you can expect plenty of professional development : from coaching through to opportunities to gain new qualifications and get to grips with skills like Agile software development. As part of a dynamic and creative team who collaborate to drive positive changes for our residents and communities, you will provide expert product and service support. Your responsibilities will range from investigating and resolving issues, through to conducting system configuration.
