Job title – Housing Senior Systems Analyst Location –Romford RM1Contract – Temp Ongoing Hours – Full Time The Role Summary We are looking for a Housing Senior Systems Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of ICT systems critical to the Housing Service, ensuring they meet organisational requirements and adhere to relevant policies and processes. Your key duties within the role will include: Provide high standard application support services for ICT systems used in the Housing Service, ensuring compliance with service standards and performance expectations. Process cyclical system functions e. g. Rents and Service Charges in collaboration with users, maintaining data integrity and accuracy. Administer system security and user access rights. Monitor ICT system performance and data interfaces, utilising trend analysis and system reports. Collaborate with software suppliers and external contractors to identify and resolve system faults and create and monitor system interfaces. Support the implementation of ICT projects related to the Housing Service. Contribute to planning, designing, and delivering training to users, offering expertise in training course structure and content. Represent the Housing Service at internal and external IT user forums, networking with similar organisations to identify best practices for system management and development. Design and develop system data reports using structured query language SQL and various database reporting tools. Key requirements Formal project management qualification e. g.
