Your primary responsibilities will include providing learning support within the classroom, acting as a scribe and reader, and offering essential emotional and social support outside of class. You will work closely with students who may have specific learning needs, come from disadvantaged backgrounds, or have become disengaged from mainstream education. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class learning support to students with diverse learning needs. Act as a scribe and reader to assist students with academic tasks and backssments. Offer emotional and social support to students outside of the classroom to promote their well-being. Understand and cater to the unique needs of disadvantaged young people and those who have become disengaged from mainstream education. Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and fellow support professionals. Demonstrate excellent organizational and planning skills, even when dealing with conflicting priorities.
