WEST NORFOLK COUNCIL Housing Data Analyst Starting salary up to £39093 per annum Based at King’s Court Council Office Would you like to use your data analysis skills to help us provide a vital service? This new role ensures that housing data is sound and insightful, informing housing and homelessness strategy, and supporting applications for funding. You will be responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining complex data sets relating to housing performance and existing software products relating to data analysis, undertaking a thorough review of systems. You will provide detailed data analysis to senior managers and elected members, including ‘horizon scanning’ of forthcoming risks and opportunities. Producing clear and detailed reports, you will support the Council’s approach to housing, homelessness and rough sleeping and facilitate data-led decision-making. Educated to Level 5 or higher in a relevant subject, you will have a strong professional background in data or analytical roles with experience of developing software solutions and building models to capture and highlight trends and progress. You will also have excellent communication skills including how to convey complex information in a variety of styles together with excellent time management and the ability to prioritse effectively remaining accurate while meeting deadlines.
