candidate should be able to perform the following duties: Supervise and coordinate the work of all cleaning staff. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met. Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Maintain 100% commitment to a safe environment and positive customer experience. Hire and train cleaning and housekeeping staff. Coordinate activities with those of other departments and schedule housekeeping assignmentsfor optimum efficiency. Establish, implement, and optimize cleaning and maintenance procedures. Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records. Assist cleaners in performing duties, may need to perform some light maintenance work. Perform other duties as required.
