Housekeeper - Part Time or Full Time - Flexible Schedule - Seasonal or Year-Round We are hiring housekeepers to ensure our vacation rental guests have a wonderful stay with us. You'll perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, washing linens, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. You'll also restock supplies and make sure all areas of the property, inside and outside, are clean and orderly. You will need reliable transportation, dependability, and a good work ethic. Work is available 10 am - 4 pm, 7 days a week. You can pick the days you're available, but once you commit to a day, we will be counting on you. Pay is a flat rate per property. If you are efficient, your earnings are great. Previous experience is ideal, but not required. Compensation- Flat Rate Per Property from $30 for a studio to $300 for an XL house Responsibilities:• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are cleaned to Mill Pond Realty Standards• Wash and change linens and towels• Refill supplies such as hand soap and paper products from the supply room• Keep the property supply room neat and organized• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize• Make beds and fold towels• Push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs, such as furniture, trash, propane tanks, etc.• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead and below the waist• Secure the property upon departure Qualifications:• Basic knowledge of standard cleaning practices, including laundry and bed-making• Reliable transportation• Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies• Multi-task effectively without sacrificing quality• Can function with little to no supervision Compensation: $30+ per property About Company: Locally operated and family-owned since 1991, Mill Pond Realty is celebrating 33 years in the business of helping clients buy, sell, rent, and dream... with confidence.
