Homelessness Project Worker Selwyn House, Dereham GBP 12.50 effective from 1 April 2024 37.5 hours per week : on a rolling 2 week rota working between 8.30 : 6.30pm and every other weekend Would you like to make a difference that lasts long after the end of your shift? Could you help support our vulnerable adults towards independence? Were seeking an experienced Project Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our customers at Selwyn House where we provide support to people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. At Selwyn House we work to provide person centred support to our customers to encourage them to develop the confidence and skills to live as independently as possible and to lead fulfilling lives. Our Project Workers work hard to establish professional relationships with all our customers and are patient, understanding and resilient. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, take a positive approach to our customers needs and always strive to do their best for all. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
