The Talent Acquisition Team at Valnet Inc. is looking to expand their team and bring someone on as a Remote Freelance Hiring Associate for the site . Do you love working with people? Are you someone who’s looking to expand their knowledge on hiring practices? If so, then this is the perfect position for you. As a Freelance Hiring Associate with Valnet Inc, you would be responsible for vetting, interacting with, and bringing freelance writers (and other publishing roles) onboard. All communication with candidates will be through email (no phone screens, or video calls). Job Responsibilities: Screen and manage candidates using our an applicant tracking system Adjust email responses to applicants to reflect the current requests from each department Update spreadsheets as candidates move through the hiring process. Available a flexible 25 hours to 40 hours a week, from Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. Application Requirements: C. V. Cover Letter Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience with data entry (an asset) Experience working with an applicant tracking system (an asset) Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Proficient written communication Can handle a large number of requests Our team will get back to you as soon as possible if we think you would be a good fit for this position.
