Gilbert Public Schools invites applications for the following position: High School Principal Location: Administrative Services Date Available: 7/1/24 Purpose Statement: The job of the Principal is done for the purpose/s of selection and evaluation of staff, scheduling, making budgetary decisions, and plant and office management. Minimum Qualifications: Arizona Administrative certificate Ability to facilitate group processes for collaborative management Ability to use and implement teacher supervision and positive discipline procedures as a tool to improve instruction Strong human relations skills Knowledge of technology and its use in an educational setting 3 years of Secondary Administrative Experience Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration Education: Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution. Experience: Job-related experience within the specialized field is required. Certificates & Licenses: Appropriate Certification as listed by the Arizona Department of Education. Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
