DESCRIPTION Harvest Preparatory Academy is a charter school located in Yuma, AZ and San Luis, AZ. We are seeking a qualified quick paced, fast paced person to keep up with high demand as a school nurse and attendance clerk. DUTIES Duties include providing preventive health services to facilitate the student's optimal physical, mental,emotional and social growth and development. As well as maintaining proper documentation of the school's daily attendance records while complying to the state standards.The school health/attendance clerk will complete daily attendance, assist front office with coverage, submit required attendance/truancy reports to the state of Arizona, absence reporting, health screenings, hearing screenings, vision screenings, and assist students with various needs such as daily medications, illness, and wound assistance. REQUIREMENTS Multilingual preferred.CNA or MA certified with two or more years background in related position.Knowledge of office duties, filing, phones, copy machines, etc.Must obtain/currently have fingerprint clearance card.
