They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe. The Role: As an experienced Head of Support Services, youll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the highest level of client assistance. Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and providing guidance on complex support cases. Develop and execute a comprehensive support strategy aligned with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Triage incoming tickets, allocate to appropriate personnel, and implement modern practices for scalability. Recruit, train, and mentor support specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Optimise processes for optimum efficiency and define/tracking key performance indicators KPIs. Requirements: Proven leadership experience in support services in the insurance software, preferably cloud based. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus. JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, basic AWS understanding, and experience with multi-tenant and micro-service solutions beneficial Also, familiarity with low-code/no-code, Agile methodologies, and ITIL qualification desirable Able to travel within the Eurozone.
