The Role: As a Head of Room, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a baby room as well as team. Requirements: Previously worked as a Head of Room or in a similar role. Knowledge of EYFS principles. Understanding of child development birth to 5 years. Knowledge of the importance of supporting transitions. Minimum 1 year of management experience.
