A fantastic Opportunity for a stunning Head Chef position : working in a great team of people that care and just wish to give great service and outstanding food to their guests : working in one of Sheffields highly regarded restaurants The day to day running and development of the kitchen Working closely with the owner and developing the skills within the team Implement and maintain, Haccp and H and S policies in line with government guidelines Create Stunning dishes and menu developmnet To ensure all food produced is to a high standard Be responsible for the sourcing and purchase of items to ensure a good quality product is achieved at all times Have good control of costs within the kitchen Implement Rotas so correct staffing levels are achieved To assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff withing the kitchen Inspiring the team to believe in themselves Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is maintained at all times Maintain a great working environment within the kitchen and other departments REQUIREMENTS As Head Chef you will have a proven track record of managing a skilled kicthen team and have the belief to produce Fantatisc food Have a passion for food and the industry Reliability, commitment and a professional personality is key along with great communication skills.
