Open for dinner six days and lunch service two days per week, we serve groups of all sizes, including private events & wine tastings, to dine with us and enjoy our signature style in a fun and relaxed dining space. Our drinks offering focuses on sourcing low-intervention wines and house-made bottled birdtails. We're seeking a talented Head Chef to join our first-class team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people skills, a great personality, and experience working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and refinement. Brett is part of the Cultar Restaurant Group , which also includes Cail Bruich , Shucks & Epicures , bringing a wealth of knowledge and support to create a forward-thinking, supportive hospitality group. The core missions of the Head Chef We're looking for a skilled and talented professional to: Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver great food developed alongside the Chef/Director in a professional environment Work alongside the General Manager to drive the business plan, budgets and profitability, to create a sustainable profit that you can share in. Help to develop the food offering, kitchen culture, and physical space, to build on an already great product.
