Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Packaging Engineering, related field or equivalent practical experience. Experience working with a wide range of consumer packaging materials. Experience with packaging Computer Aided Designs using 2D (Artios CAD) and 3D (Solid Works, NX) applications and palletization software (TOPS and CAPE). Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: 8 years of relevant industry experience, with ability to lead teams for quality, schedule or design. Experience managing multiple packaging projects in a cross-functional environment. Experience with logistics and operations and how they relate to packaging design. Experience working with sustainable packaging design methods and materials, with an understanding of international testing standards such as ASTM, ISTA, etc. Experience in packaging design and development for high-volume products. Understanding of various packaging materials tooling design and schedules.
