Job Purpose: As a Hard Services Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the onsite hard services functions, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Building Fabric disciplines. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising staff, managing planned preventive maintenance PPM schedules, coordinating reactive tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and set an example for the maintenance team, promoting excellence in all activities. Plan and execute subcontractor visits efficiently. Collaborate with the Hard Services Lead to develop monthly PPM workloads. Liaise with the helpdesk to prioritize and manage critical work orders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Create weekly workload plans for the maintenance team. Enhance productivity and first-time fix rates within the maintenance teams. Conduct regular audits of technician work to meet productivity targets. Ensure all documentation adheres to Client Standard Operating Procedures. Manage staff training requirements and maintain an up-to-date training plan. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with legislation and company policies. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of specialist equipment. Maintain accurate Agility Work.
