Health and Safety Manager You will provide specialist subject matter expertise in Construction Health and Safety associated with large capital new builds, enabling works, refurbishment, and programmes. Across a wide range of clients including social housing and commercial works. You will be working as part of a team, be a Chartered Health and Safety professional providing advice and guidance in line with relevant legislation, industry standards and policies and procedures. What you will get. Salary : GBP65,000 : GBP75000 (Dependant on experience and suitability for the role) Pension 5 + 3 Holiday 20 + Christmas Shutdown (5 usually)+ 8 GBP7k Car Fuel reimbursed Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following: Be based in north London 1 hour maximum travel from Barnet Extensive experience in the field of Construction Health and Safety including a thorough working knowledge of the CDM Regulations. 10 Plus years experience in the field of public sector / social housing/ built environment H and S management. Self: confidence to be able to Professionally challenge long established processes, policies and work activities and implement change. Can build effective relationships with people at all levels within the organisation. Provide proactive, visible Health and Safety Leadership.
