Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded Planning and Design Consultancy in Sheffild with the hire of a Graduate Town Planner. Our client works across multiple sectors with a variety of clients and so projects can fall in the Commercial, Leisure and Tourism, Hotel, Residential, Renewables and Healthcare sectors. In this role, the appointed Graduate Town Planner will join a well: balanced team and help provide the following services to its clients; : Planning Advice and other pre: application documentation : Development, submission and monitoring of planning applications. : Enforcement : Appeals : S106 negotiations : Public inquiries and hearings : Strategic planning advice Requirements In order to this role, the client would like the Graduate Town Planner to hold an RTPI accredited degree (ideally) or similar, with some post: graduation experience in the field (year in industry or currently employed). You should be a good communicator, hungry to progress in the field of Town Planning and hold a UK driving licence. Salary / Benefits In return for your commitment and hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary (guide of GBP24,000 : GBP28,000pa), a strong benefits package, a varied workload and an experienced leadership team for support.
