C and C Search is currently recruiting a studio assistant/administrator for a well: recognised London design powerhouse : this is not a creative role. This is the admin and operations that is the foundation of the business. This role will not progress in to creative/design, but will progress in to operations/PA/business development/finance and running a business. Salary: GBP22,500:27,000 Hours: Mon: thurs 9:6, Fri 9:3:30, 5 days a week in Chancery Lane area Benefits: Holiday with Christmas close, bank holidays, bi monthly socials, parties, pension USP: this is an amazing working environment with a close knit and fun team. You will get stuck in to different projects and learn so much Duties: Upkeeping studio standards, welcoming and greeting guests, answering the phones Diary management Ordering for the studio Running the Social Media Supporting with admin, tech and finance Monthly projects to take ownership of such as helping input a new system, support with book launches etc About you: You are a graduate with some work experience or you have had a couple of office jobs and are ready for a challenge You are fiercely organised and love to get stuck in and support others You are logical and enjoy admin You love to problem solve and take responsibility You enjoy managing multiple projects at one time You are ambitious and looking to work in a fast paced environment Chloé Di Chiara: Hill : Director, lover of travel and parent to two house bunnies.
