My client, one of the largest engineering consultancies in the United Kingdom and has been delivering their highly rated service for over 120 years. Due to a robust project pipeline, they are looking to add a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to their Civil and Rails team in Scotland. Essential Criteria: MEng or MSc degree qualification in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, ideally with 1:3 years post: graduation experience working in a commercial civil engineering environment. Experience using Auto CAD. A driving license. Beneficial qualities: Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Publisher. Experience using LUSAS software. Good report writing skills. This Graduate Civil Engineer role would mean you would have an involvement in development projects across the region of Scotland, while working in a small team you will be receiving technical guidance from the experienced Engineers. Duties + Responsibilities: Producing options and feasibility studies. Engineering related reports. Technical notes and drawings. Undertaking structural analysis and design bridges and other heavy civils structures using LUSAS. Undertaking occasional site inspections and surveys. Company benefits: Competitive salary.
