The Opportunity The Global Benefits team at Nutanix is looking for a Global Wellbeing Program Manager who has a passion for employee wellbeing across all pillars - physical, emotional, and financial, communications, driving projects end to end, and a curiosity and drive to learn and grow. Working with the Benefits Director, other team members, and local partners, you will ensure the global wellbeing programs successfully support employees in achieving their wellbeing goals no matter where they sit in the world. Additionally, this position partners across teams to make wellbeing programs successful in each region. This role will oversee the global wellbeing programs marketing and communication campaigns to drive engagement and wellbeing and benefits projects. In addition, you will have functional responsibility for wellbeing programs, including but not limited to project and vendor management, process improvements, and system integrations. You will report to the Director of Benefits. Your Role Work closely with the Benefits Director to implement the Wellbeing strategy and manage a portfolio of employee wellbeing benefits and programs across countries. Primary point of contact on Wellbeing programs, with responsibility for managing the day-to-day relationships including, but not limited to, vendor management, regular program review, support of complex employee inquiries, invoicing and tracking budget, partnering for system updates and enhancements, and compiling and analyzing data. Develop and execute an ongoing communications plan to drive engagement. Keeping employee facing content fresh, draft and produce regular employee communications delivered through multiple channels and delivering scalable live sessions. Contribute to other benefit communications throughout the year; Maintain close partnership with the communications team. Organize and drive regular Wellbeing Committee meetings, report on program metrics through a dashboard; Identify wellness champions from across the organization creating guidance and operating mechanisms to cascade initiatives and get employee feedback. Ongoing Project management and implementation of any approved new programs or changes, including driving projects, engaging the key stakeholders, managing change, and partnering to create and document the administration processes and procedures. Core team member for the annual U.S. open enrollment process with responsibility for driving certain open enrollment processes, including updates of wellbeing programs as needed. Works closely with benefits consultants on assessing current programs, market trends, competitive practices, legislative changes that impact company programs, ensure compliance, and suggest recommended changes. Supports other U.S. benefit programs and projects as needed. What You Will Bring At least 5 years of corporate employee benefit experience with at least 2 years focus on wellbeing programs within corporate benefits and building positive employee experiences. BA/BS degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or a related field. Exceptional verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate complex benefits concepts and ideas using simple and employee-friendly language. Experience with the implementation, management, and administration of corporate wellbeing and benefit programs, and the proven ability drive successful outcomes for programs/projects. Proven track record of building positive and lasting employee experiences, being self-directed, ability to prioritize work while handling multiple projects and deadlines. Work in a collaborative style and environment; actively solicit input from diverse perspectives to improve team and department deliverables; practice a growth mindset to improve programs and the employee experience. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and according to policy and law; An understanding of laws applicable to wellbeing and benefits programs. Knowledge of HRIS systems, an understanding of the Workday preferred; Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS and Google suite of programs; Experience with communication applications such as Poppulo a plus. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 112,080 and USD $ 224,160 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
