Geotechnical Associate Project Manager Requisition Number: 2024-1470-07 We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Project Manager to join our Service Line Geotechnical in Nashville, Tennessee . As a Geotechnical Associate Project Manager , you will be involved in all aspects of geotechnical exploration and design. Your Day-to-Day: Coordination and performance of field geotechnical testing and construction observation Coordination of laboratory testing, performance of geotechnical engineering analyses Preparation of geotechnical proposals, engineering reports, and design documents business development, client management, technical QA of reports/documents, and mentoring/supervision of staff. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field A minimum of 4 years of geotechnical engineering work experience A Professional Engineer license in Tennessee The ability to execute technical aspects of a wide range of projects including highway, power, heavy industrial, commercial, and retail projects. Basic working knowledge of construction plans and specifications Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn commercial software applications An Engineering Intern certification, a plus Working Conditions and Physical Demands: You are willing and able to perform the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment such as: Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment) Traveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessary Working outside of normal business hours when necessary We Are S&ME: For over 50 years, our collaborative approach to geotechnical, civil, environmental, and construction materials has offered innovative solutions to solve our clients' most complex challenges.
