We are looking for a dedicated and motivated leader to perform the duties of a General Manager at our Crumbl Cookies location in Williston, VT. Professional baking experience preferred, leadership experience required. Benefits: $60,000 to $68,000 Annual Salary Two Weeks Paid Vacation Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Options Opportunity for Performance-Based Bonuses Duties: Operate all day-to-day aspects of the business, including labor management, cost of goods and customer satisfaction Prepare cookies from scratch and ensure they meet the standards set by the company Inspire, motivate and lead a team of 15-30 bakers Create a unique and satisfactory experience for every customer Qualifications: General knowledge of baking principles and processes Knowledge of food safety procedures and experience handling food in a professional environment A background in restaurant management and customer service Scheduling, COGS, inventory and people management skills preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate baker to showcase their skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.
